Welcome to Atrasis Retro. By accessing our website or playing the game on web, Android, or iOS, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use Atrasis Retro. By playing, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Your account & conduct

You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not cheat, exploit bugs, use unauthorized third-party tools, harass other players, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

3. Private server disclaimer

Atrasis is a fan-made private server operated under Supercell’s Fan Content Policy. It is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or specifically approved by Supercell. Clash of Clans and Supercell are trademarks of Supercell Oy. We make no claim to those trademarks.

4. Virtual items

All in-game currency and items are provided for entertainment only, have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be modified or reset at any time. Atrasis Retro is free to play.

5. Downloads & installation

The Android (.apk) and iOS (.ipa) builds are distributed outside official app stores and may require enabling installation from unknown sources or trusting a developer profile. You install these builds at your own risk and are responsible for the security of your device.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that progress will never be lost.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atrasis Retro and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the service.

9. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
